We started HelpYourPets.com, along with other sites, to help our pets. Soon we found that our family and friends had pets that need help also. We love to play with our new pound pup, Tank. After years of happy times we are sorry to report that our beloved Abby, which you may have read about here, is no longer with us. We are very lucky to work with some great people while building your steps; our assembly and carpet is handled by a wonderful man named Jimmie, our finishing and shipping is taken care of by Chase. Chase's male Border Collie is Rhette. We all love animals and hope to provide our customers with steps that will make life a little easier for you and your pets. Shipping When we build sturdy steps for your pet that last, they are heavy to ship. Your shipping charges will be added in your shopping cart when you checkout. We are always working to provide the best possible shipping rate. We usually ship our heavy duty steps next business day and lightweight steps within 2-3 business days, however this time varies during the holiday season. Shipping times are not guaranteed. Our solid side steps take about 5 to 7 days to ship. Market Smart, Inc. is not responsible for any accidents or injuries once items are delivered. Please call us if you have any questions. Return Policy: Heavy Duty: All heavy duty pet steps may be returned for any reason within 30 days of your purchase. A return authorization number is required to return heavy duty steps. If your steps are damaged we will contact Fedex and have them pick up your steps and ship out another set to you. Please do not throw the box away if you receive a damaged steps, Fedex will not pick them up without it. For heavy duty step returns that are not damaged there will be a 20% restocking fee and shipping will not be refunded. Lightweight: Unused lightweight pet steps may be returned for any reason within 30 days of your purchase. A return authorization number is required to return the steps. All returns will incur a 20% restocking fee and shipping will not be refunded. Please call for details on how to return your steps. Solid Side & Extra Tall: These steps can be returned if unused within 30 days of your purchase. A return authorization number is required with the return. If your steps are damarged we will contact the shipping company to have them picked up. We will then ship out a new step to you. Please do not discard the box of damaged steps. All solid side and extra tall step returns will incur a 20% restocking fee. Please contact us before returning your step! All returns need an authorization number to include with shipment. Unauthorized returns will not receive a refund. Cancellations Please note that if your shipment arrives damaged and you wish to cancel the order at that time without allowing us to replace the damaged shipment, our normal return policy will apply.
